Alan Lupiani, MBA has over twenty years of combined high level administrative, business, and sales experience living and working in New York City. Prior to his entry into real estate, Lupiani served as the Administrative Co-Director of the AICAD New York Studio Residency Program, a prestigious collegiate Art Residency Program serving nationally recognized private art colleges and institutions. He earned his MBA from Binghamton University in 1991 and worked from 1997 – 2001 as a freelance senior administrator for various executives in the NYC telecommunications industry.

Lupiani recently completed his first retail commercial lease transaction in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and will also be expanding into residential sales and development in 2021.
