The entry level Breville Bambino Espresso Machine, on sale now for $299.99 on Amazon, will produce a well balanced espresso with few options to play with regarding the four basic brewing elements: water, temperature, pressure, and coffee.
Also, size matters! The basic Breville Bambino Espresso Machine, is smaller and more slender than others, which makes it better suited for smaller sized kitchens with limited counter space. A main difference between the Breville Bambino Espresso Machine, and it's more advanced sibling, the Breville Bambino Espresso Plus, currently selling on Amazon for $499.95, is that the Bambino Plus includes features like automatic milk steaming with a few presets to get precise results on the first use.
That automatic milk steaming feature may seem like a small feature to some for difference of $200 in price, but hey, the frothier the better!

This factor seems to be an important detail when choosing the $849.95 Breville Barista Pro Espresso Machine which features Breville's tradmarked Thermojet technology to it's older sibling, the $749.95 Breville Barista Express Espresso Machine which has Thermocoil technology. This difference alone makes the extra $100 difference in price worth it to buy the Breville Barista Pro Espresso Machine. In addition, the Breville Barista Pro Espresso Machine features a more advanced steaming wand ( 4 hole instead of 1), LCD display, more settings (30 settings instead of 16).
